Rental and key collection

General conditions for renting, using and subletting an apartment for a specified period. When collecting the keys, the guest must leave an identity document (ID card or passport) and pay the full amount for the stay.

House rules

The owner must hand over a clean, furnished apartment as shown in the photographs. The guest must reimburse costs arising from the following:

• Physical damage, lost keys, accidental or deliberate damage and extremely untidy conditions, including stained walls, bed linen or towels.
• Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet constitutes grounds for terminating the agreement and services.
• More guests staying than were registered when signing the agreement.
• Gatherings of unregistered people for parties, presentations or celebrations.
• Failure to observe house rules and disturbances to other residents.
• Guests or belongings remaining beyond the agreed time and preventing staff access.

Check-in and check-out

The agreement is signed and keys are collected exclusively at the agency between 14:00 and 19:00. Check-out is between 10:00 and 12:00. Guests departing earlier or later must notify us in advance so the apartment can be inspected at least one hour beforehand. Departures outside these hours incur an additional charge. By signing, the guest agrees that belongings not removed on time may be moved by the owner and collected for a fee of RSD 2,000. Extensions require the owner's approval and timely additional payment at the agency.

Cancellation

A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled no later than the day before the agreed arrival date. Cancellation on the arrival date incurs a charge equal to one night's stay. For a multi-night reservation, the remaining prepaid amount will be refunded.
